What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our secure online processing. You may also pay using any major credit card or echeck through PayPal. At this time we are unable to accept personal checks.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are determined by weight. All orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (within the US). Upon checkout you will have the option to select either First Class or Priority for domestic packages. You may choose the method that best suites you. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Please note that Non-US Credit Cards may require extra verification, which may take an additional 5-7 days to complete. International orders will not be shipped to any address other than the verified billing address. In order to verify the billing address, you may be asked to fax/email a copy of your card and signed photo identification. American Express credit cards have the most comprehensive international address verification, so if you are able to we'd prefer this method of payment for International orders. We are also able to accept wire transfers for an additional fee of $15. We hope you understand that these extra security measures are for your protection, and apologize for any inconvenience.
All international shipments will be sent with a full customs declaration. You are responsible for all duties and tariffs incurred by your purchase from Pattern & Paw We fill out all applicable customs forms with every order and declare the full value of the items. We will not mark any order as a gift. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 days, and depending on your selected shipping method, will arrive in 1-3 (Priority) or 3-7 (First Class) days after that.
If you order contains custom made items, expect them to ship within 5-10 days. If you need an item urgently, please contact us for specific item availability and/or expedited shipping.
What if I have a coupon?
If you have a Pattern & Paw coupon, please enter the code in the Promotional Code box upon checkout. Your discount should be applied. If you have any problems redeeming your coupon, please contact us and we will manually apply your discount. Have a Lindsay Designs coupon or gift certificate? It's still good through it's listed expiration date.
Do you sell wholesale?
We currently offer our pet collars and leashes at wholesale prices on a limited basis. Since we are a small operation, we cannot accept every wholesale request we receive, which is why we have to limit wholesale accounts to brick and mortar shops (no online stores) who we feel are a good fit for our products. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (less shipping charges). Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to sufficiently package your item when returning it, as we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail. Upon receipt of your item we will either send your exchange or refund your money. Custom items, clearance items, or items used or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
How do I clean my items?
Dirt is a fact of life - and unfortunately your Pattern & Paw items are bound to get dirty. While we make many of our items out of machine washable materials, we recommend hand washing to preserve the integrity of the fabric and ribbons. To clean a collar or leash, handwash in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. While we do try to choose lasting designs, these are decorative collars. Some printed designs may fade with time. Some woven designs may fray if exposed to excessive scratching. If you find that the webbing of your collar begins to fray, simply run it over an open flame to melt the flyaways back into place.
