As of January 4th, USPS has changed their rates, yet again. While this is something we cannot avoid and must reflect in our own shipping rates, we always strive to keep our rates as affordable as possible. We see no point in paying $9 in shipping for an $11 cat collar and don’t think you do either.

Rest assured that all of our postage is based on actual weight, with a very minimal handling charge to cover basic shipping supplies. Customers located farther away from our Nashville, TN location will see the biggest change, as the new rates are more dependent on location instead of just weight. However, to help offset the increased rates, we have reduced this handling charge even further. You can be confident you are not overpaying for shipping.
